A total administrative services company needed to ensure their various platforms had a visually cohesive and intuitive experience for their customers.
As a UX team, we addressed customer concerns with benefits processes and created an easier to use dashboard that was consistent across Web, iOS, and Android systems. We reduced and strategically organized information, created simpler interactions, and made various data visualizations. The visual language was ultimately delivered as a proprietary design system to client development teams.
